Project Obsidian is a free, immersive, defensive cybersecurity learning experience. Its goal is to remove the barrier to entry for cybersecurity training through workshops, videos, reading materials, and labs available year-round.

- Reverse Engineering Malware (REM)
- Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI)
- Cyber Threat Hunting (CTH) — working with platforms like Splunk, Elastic, and Graylog, mapped to MITRE ATT&CK, with an on-ramp into detection engineering

Capture the Flag
BTV's Capture the Flag is Project Obsidian played as a competition — the same disciplines and the same defender's-seat telemetry, scored. It runs at DEF CON and lives at ctf.blueteamvillage.org, where you'll find this year's event, the setup instructions, and the archive of past challenges.
